About the role:
Join our dynamic Cork team as an Account Support Specialist. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day account operations, ensuring accurate financial processes and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for someone keen to build commercial and administrative skills within a fast-paced recruitment and workforce management environment.
Key responsibilities:
Support account managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
Assist with financial processes (data entry, payroll, invoicing, reporting)
Maintain accurate records and documentation in systems and databases
Respond to client and candidate queries professionally and promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor account activity and flag issues or discrepancies as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Skills and experience required:
Strong financial acumen and confidence working with numbers preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
