We’re seeking a Company Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of our cleaning operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cleaners, confirming client bookings, updating records, and ensuring each job runs smoothly. You’ll act as a central point of contact between clients, staff, recruitment, and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assign cleaners and backup staff to bookings
* Communicate with clients and cleaners to confirm schedules and updates
* Monitor payments and maintain accurate records across systems
* Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements
* Track job progress and log outcomes, feedback, or complaints
