Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, taking orders, and assisting with food and beverage service.
Experience in Hospitality with barista skills is essential.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety are essential for success in this position.
This is a flexible position with varying hours but you must be available to work weekends.
The hours are primarily daytime between 9am and 4pm
The role would suit someone wanting to learn more and progress within a hospitality role.
Please note that we are a fast paced, busy, service centric business. This is an active role requiring focus and high standards of service even during our busiest times. Candidates must be confident, committed, positive and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are noted.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and serving stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace, ensuring a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Support catering events when required, assisting with setup and breakdown as needed.
* Uphold all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is required.
* Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
* or catering are advantageous for this role.
* A strong ability to work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
