Overview:
A market-leading, national property consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to lead its UK Building Consultancy division. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape national strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow the national Building Consultancy function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Drive business development and client relationship management to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
* Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities for a multi-disciplinary team.
* Represent the consultancy at senior levels with clients, stakeholders, and industry bodies.
* Deliver high-quality technical advice and reporting across a range of services including dilapidations, technical due diligence, project monitoring, and building surveys.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines to enhance integrated client solutions.
About You:
* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with significant post-qualification experience.
* Proven track record of winning work, managing key client relationships, and delivering profitable growth.
* Strong leadership credentials with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.
* Commercially aware, with strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
