What Will You Be Doing?
Duties will include:
* Dealing with customers both face-to-face & over the telephone
* Liaising with Insurance Companies & other suppliers.
* Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
* Processing invoices, customer insurance documents & job cards.
* Working to a high level of accuracy
* Participating in measurement and feedback processes
* Working closely with other members of the Bodyshop team
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8 hrs a day
Who Are We Looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a face to face Customer Service role.
* Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
* A friendly and helpful attitude.
* Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
* An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
* The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
* A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
* A manual UK driving licence
