Role Overview
We are hiring a highly organised and detail‑driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of ZOEVA’s marketing initiatives across digital, social, CRM, eCommerce and brand campaigns.
This role is central to ensuring seamless campaign delivery across a premium beauty brand operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑led environment. The successful candidate will help translate product launches and brand moments into well‑coordinated, cross‑channel marketing activity.

Core Responsibilities
Campaign & Launch Support
* Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
* Coordinate product launches, managing timelines, assets and cross‑functional workflows
* Ensure messaging and positioning are aligned across Product, Creative, CRM and eCommerce
* Track campaign delivery and support post‑launch reporting
Content & Asset Coordination
* Support content creation and scheduling across CRM, social and eCommerce
* Assist with shoot preparation (model sourcing, briefing, logistics, pre‑production coordination)
* Maintain marketing asset libraries and campaign documentation
* Prepare internal presentations, briefs and marketing communications
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Act as a day‑to‑day liaison between Marketing, Product Development, eCommerce and external partners
* Support agency and vendor coordination
* Help maintain global alignment across markets and channels
Market Insight & Reporting
* Conduct competitor and trend research
* Collect and organise campaign performance data
* Maintain trackers, CRM documentation and reporting tools
Must‑Have Profile
* 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, brand or coordination role
* Beauty, fashion, lifestyle or DTC brand exposure preferred
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑oriented
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced, creative environments
Highly Desirable
* Experience supporting product launches
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing dashboards
* Exposure to shoot coordination or asset production workflows
* Understanding of both brand and performance marketing environments
