Job Description: Redfaire is a fast-growing, international technology company with operations in the UK and Ireland. We implement and manage Oracle ERP (JD Edwards) on Oracle Cloud infrastructure as well as developing our Owned IP for cross selling to the same base of customers. Redfaire provides consulting services, managed services and cloud infrastructure services with a specific focus on Oracle Cloud to a diverse range of clients and geographical locations.
The Role: A Redfaire Project Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of a range of quality projects to our global client base.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. This role is suitable for an individual with experience leading technical and application teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with a broad stakeholder community including customers, partners, business analysts, application/infrastructure teams, project managers, and the finance team to deliver on initiatives.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity and candidates can be based remotely in the UK, Ireland or in our CoE in Limerick. Candidates in similar European timezones may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Professional Services Director, responsibilities include structuring projects, managing commercials, client relationships, and delivery.
Managing projects of varying complexity and length, including JD Edwards implementations, upgrades, rollouts, IAAS, and integrations.
Establishing and developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Leading and coordinating teams, adapting project approaches as needed.
Managing changes, scope, resources, and timing.
Promoting best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a business focus or relevant technical qualification.
5+ years managing IT applications or technical projects for JD Edwards ERP and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience managing high-value projects and understanding the project life-cycle.
Knowledge of data reporting tools.
Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to deliverables.
Strong ownership, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, effective with senior managers, technical teams, and customers.
Relationship-building skills with stakeholders and remote teams.
