Responsibilities: We will have you as the first point of contact for customers needing technical support via phone, email, and the ticketing system. We will have you log, triage, and resolve first-line issues using troubleshooting guidelines. We will have you escalate more complex technical issues to the Analyst team. We will have you keep end users and suppliers informed with timely updates. We will have you prepare and ship hardware and consumables to users around the world. We will have you work with logistics partners to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. We will have you maintain accurate records of hardware and consumables. We will have you support the team with administration tasks and documentation. We will have you help improve internal processes by identifying recurring issues and sharing user feedback. We will have you build a strong working knowledge of our system so you can provide excellent first-line support.
