This is a key role within a specialist landscaping team, managing the delivery of design-led hard landscaping schemes to the highest standard.The role requires a motivated and organised individual with proven experience delivering hard landscaping projects from start to finish, while effectively managing a site team and liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Hard Landscape Foreperson, your role will include:Reading and actioning detailed site design plansSetting out sites with precision, ensuring all work is delivered to specificationWorking with a range of hard landscape materials including porcelain, natural stone, clay pavers, and brickworkInstalling surface drainage and formworkOverseeing specialist installations including irrigation systems and water featuresCollaborating with soft landscaping teams to deliver integrated horticultural elementsManaging and motivating landscaping staff on siteReporting progress to senior management, meeting deadlines and project objectivesLiaising with designers, architects, subcontractors, and clients professionallyUpholding strict Health & Safety standards on siteRequirementsFull, clean UK driving licenceCSCS card (valid)Skilled in using relevant power tools and equipmentExcellent knowledge and application of Health & Safety proceduresDemonstrable track record in leading hard landscaping projects at a high levelSkills & QualitiesStrong leadership and people management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanshipProactive approach to project planning and resource managementStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesResilient under pressure with a can-do attitudeProfessional, discreet, and client-focusedPassion for continuous development of self and team membersWhats On OfferSalary between £40,000
