A well-established and fast-growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join its HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering both strategic hiring and high-volume recruitment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your new role
As Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles, from back office functions to factory / production hiring. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce demands are met efficiently while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV sifting to onboarding
2. Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
3. Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and direct channels
4. Conducting interviews and supporting selection decisions
5. Coordinating recruitment campaigns, including high-volume and seasonal hiring
6. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
7. Supporting offer management and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
9. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across a range of roles
10. Experience managing high-volume recruitment
11. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills
12. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies
13. A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
