Job Title: Production Operative Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate Salary: £12.30 per hour About the Role We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy food production facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient production and packing of high-quality food products. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm, including bank holidays as required. Key Responsibilities * Ensure quality standards are met by checking products for defects. * Operate machinery safely in line with standard operating procedures and risk assessments. * Adjust production lines to prevent downtime. * Support the production team with loading and unloading materials and products. * Maintain accurate records of production activities to meet compliance and legislative requirements. * Follow departmental cleaning schedules and assist other functions as needed.
