Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering excellence in procurement and contract administration? You’ll lead procurement and subcontract management, drive value through smart negotiations, and support contract compliance across various sectors.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the procurement process from tendering to contract award
• Administer subcontracts and manage variations, claims, and payments
• Collaborate closely with project teams and clients
• Provide expert guidance on IChemE, JCT, NEC3 & NEC4 contracts
What you Bring:
• 5+ years in procurement/contract management (construction or engineering)
• RICS-qualified (or working toward it) with a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills
• Experience in EPCM or regulated sectors.
