Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Haverhill, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected provider and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
The Role:
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home.
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, child-centred, trauma-informed care.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, creating a safe and nurturing environment.
* Drive continuous improvement with a focus on achieving Good and Outstanding inspection outcomes.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete).
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD home.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills.
* Resilient, motivated, and passionate about improving the lives of young people.
