We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised care and support to individuals in need, including the elderly, disabled, or those with special needs.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to ensure the well-being and comfort of clients.
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
* Help clients with mobility and transportation, if required.
* Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
* Administer medications and provide medication reminders as needed.
* Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
* Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
* Monitor clients\' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations made during visits.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. We provide training for qualified candidates.
* Compassion, empathy, and patience are essential qualities for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable.
* Must pass a background check and drug screening.
