The Role
* Lead and develop the Clinical Negligence Department
* Set and deliver the department’s strategic vision
* Manage day-to-day operations and team performance
* Support, mentor and develop team members
* Oversee financial performance and profitability
* Act as lead solicitor on complex, high-value cases
About You
* Extensive experience in clinical negligence
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Strong track record with complex, high-value claims
* Commercially aware and performance driven
