Completely Care is a trusted provider of compassionate care across Wiltshire. We are seeking dedicated, caring Care Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a calm, respectful nature who are committed to delivering high-quality, consistent care. Please note: this is a female-only service.
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant in this peaceful and spiritual setting, you will support residents’ wellbeing through personal care, assistance with daily routines, and gentle companionship. You’ll help with medication, mealtimes, and activities that enhance their quality of life, creating a safe and comforting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care tailored to each resident
Assist with medication, meal preparation, and feeding support
Encourage participation in daily activities and provide companionship
Support mobility and ensure physical comfort with a caring approach
Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment through light domestic tasks
Promote routine and consistency to enhance residents’ comfort and stability
Maintain a calm and peaceful presence at all times
About You
Previous experience in care, especially personal support and companionship, is preferred
Kind, patient, and composed, with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
Reliable and flexible to provide consistent care
