Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar setting or trained in pastry. We have high standards and are looking for someone to rise to that challenge. Learn new skills working in a professional kitchen, within pastry and the main kitchen. Assist with the management of orders and stock for the section. Ensure smooth handover process to other chefs in the section. Ensure accurate presentation of deserts and afternoon teas, ensuring consistency week in week out as our customers have come to expect.
