This role requires a professional, friendly, and proactive individual who can seamlessly manage a variety of front-of-house duties on a flexible basis. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greeting visitors and clients upon arrival Answering and directing inbound telephone calls efficiently Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared and presentable Coordinating catering orders for meetings and events Handling general administrative tasks as needed Performing light housekeeping duties, including clearing and tidying meeting rooms Requirements: Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure Flexible availability for ad hoc assignments Why Join Us?
