About you
The successful candiate will have;
1. Demonstrable experience in running statutory and planned maintenance programmes to time and budget
2. Experience of working in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment
3. Experience of managing a multi-skilled workforce to enable maximum efficiency
4. Demonstrable experience of dealing with M & E critical incidents to resolution
5. Experience of implementing and working with a CAFM system to implement planned schedules of work
6. Ability to set and monitor budgets and work with contractors to deliver value for money
7. Integrity and professionalism, demonstrating a commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and the University’s values of inclusivity, trust, sustainability and aspiration
Qualifications
Essential;
8. Electrical / Mechanical qualification to minimum NVQ Level 3 / time served equivalent
9. IOSH / NEBOSH Qualification
Desirable;
10. Management Qualification ILM / BIFM/HNC /HND /degree
11. L8 Management Qualification
12. High Voltage Management Qualification
