Weareworkingwithawell-establishedsubcontractorwhospecialiseintheresidentialgroundworkssector.TheyareseekinganexperiencedAdoptionsEngineer/AdoptionsCoordinatortojointheirteam,supportingthedeliveryofadoptionworksacrosstheirsitesbasedinDerby.

TheRole:

AsanAdoptionsEngineer/Coordinator,youwillplayakeypartinensuringthesuccessfulhandoverofcompletedworkstolocalauthoritiesandstatutorybodies.Youwillworkcloselywithsiteteams,clients,andcouncilstoensureworksarecarriedouttoadoptionstandards,managingtheprocessfrominitialinspectionthroughtofinalsign-off.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Managingtheadoptionprocessforroads,sewers,andopenspaces.
2. Liaisingwithlocalauthorities,watercompanies,andotherstakeholderstosecureapprovals.
3. Coordinatingandoverseeingremedialworkstomeetadoptionrequirements.
4. Preparingandreviewingdocumentation,drawings,andschedulesrelatedtoadoptionworks.
5. Conductingsiteinspectionstoensureworkscomplywithtechnicalstandards.
