Due to expansion, we’re looking for a Dispatch Production Assistants to join our dynamic team in Gateshead.
In this varied and vital role, you’ll support the production and dispatch of accessible format products – including braille, large print, audio and standard print – helping to deliver high-quality materials with care, speed and precision.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Operating specialist machinery and production software to produce accessible documents
2. Ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance from print through to final dispatch
3. Managing multiple contracts with varying processes and requirements
4. Working securely with confidential data and adhering to strict procedures
5. Supporting colleagues across departments and sharing your knowledge through training
6. Monitoring stock levels and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
