Customer Care Coordinator | Horsham Area | 3 Days WFH!
I'm working with a niche, award winning, 5 star developer who are looking to add a Customer Care Coordinator to their team. Their office is based in the Horsham area, in which you're required to attend the office 2 days a week.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple tasks, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for homeowners, managing customer queries and defects raised after completion, while working closely with internal teams, contractors, and site teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming customer queries via phone, email, and online systems
* Log and track defects and aftercare issues through to resolution
* Coordinate contractor appointments and schedule remedial works
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments
* Keep customers updated throughout the process
* Handle complaints and escalations in a professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports on all cases
* Ensure service levels and response times are met
Ideal Experience:
* Previous experience in a Customer Care Coordinator, Customer Service, Repairs Coordinator, or similar role
* Experience within housebuilding, property, housing, maintenance, or construction is highly desirable
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident coordinating contractors, engineers, or field teams
* Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple cases at once
* COINS experience
