What You Need?
* Previous work experience with children or young people is preferred.
* A calm, professional manner and the ability to adapt to different subjects.
* An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one and the right to work in the UK.
Key Duties:
* Provide academic support to students across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
* Lead small group interventions to help pupils prepare for GCSE assessments.
* Work one-to-one with individual students to improve subject understanding.
* Assist the class teacher in maintaining a productive and focused environment.
* Simplify complex lesson objectives to ensure all students can progress.
* Prepare and organise learning materials tailored to the secondary level.
* Monitor student performance and deliver progress reports to the department.
* Ensure student safety and follow school safeguarding protocols at all times.
* Supervise students during lesson changes and structured break periods.
