Senior Quantity Surveyor - Northwest House Builder**

**The Role**
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and controlling all site development costs and budgets. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain budget control
Produce accurate bi-monthly valuations
Procure sub-contractors, goods, and materials
Payment approvals and processing
Prepare valuation reports
Liaise with site team and sub-contractors
Provide support to the commercial department

**Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Experience within the house building sector
HND or Degree qualified
