A leading Global Building Consultancy is looking to add a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to its growing London Building Surveying team in London & the South East.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment delivering a wide range of services across sectors including public and private sector, education, defence, and infrastructure. This role offers excellent exposure to both professional and project work, alongside a clear pathway to Chartership.

The Role
* Deliver a range of building surveying services across multiple projects and sectors
* Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence
* Prepare reports, specifications and schedules of work
* Support project delivery, including contract administration under JCT and NEC
* Assist with refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects
* Contribute to building safety and sustainability compliance (including CDM and BSA)
* Client & Team Involvement
* Support client relationship management and service delivery
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Engage in CPD, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
About You
* Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent)
* Working towards MRICS status
* Minimum 12 months consultancy experience
* Understanding of construction, contracts (JCT/NEC) and project delivery
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Proactive team-oriented approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/Revit advantageous)
