MUST OWN VEHICLE AND VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE
We are currently recruiting a Senior Carer / Team Leader to support our care teams across Lewisham and Bromley. This is a part-time position (30 hours weekly), with flexibility required to work every other weekend. You will play a key role in maintaining care quality, supporting staff in the field, and ensuring client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and mentor carers in the community
2. Deliver and monitor PPE supplies
3. Update and maintain care plans
4. Conduct spot checks and supervision visits
5. Attend review meetings with clients and families
6. Respond to on-the-ground care issues
7. Ensure care delivery meets CQC and company standards
Requirements:
✅ A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle✅ Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)✅ Confident using Microsoft Word and digital systems✅ Experience in domiciliary care (as a Senior Carer or Team Leader)✅ Able to work independently and manage your own schedule✅ A caring, approachable, and professional manner
