We’re looking for an experienced Project Management Team Lead with the confidence to lead, the curiosity to innovate, and the drive to deliver. You’ll head up a team of five, work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and play a key role in delivering multilingual solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 project managers to deliver their best work
* Scope and create solutions (including pricing) to address client requirements and needs - projects our team works on range from straightforward translation requests to multifaceted solutions that incorporate SaaS software, AI machine learning engines, audiovisual content production and require innovative and creative approach to deliver products and services that meet our clients' expectations
* Conduct regular project reviews with clients and internal teams to assess outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
* Lead and participate in client meetings, both remotely and in person, managing existing relationships and building new ones.
* Evaluate team capacity and plan resources to ensure smooth, scalable delivery
* Provide clear, structured instructions to contractors, ensuring work is delivered on time, to the expected standard, and within budget
* Work directly with clients to understand needs and design smart, commercially sound solutions
* Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to align delivery with client goals
* Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in project management (language services, tech or SaaS)
* Strong knowledge of CAT tools, Microsoft Translator, APIs, and Copilot
* Proven leadership skills — you know how to motivate, develop, and guide a team
* Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and client value
* Confidence engaging with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
* Familiarity with ISO 17100 or ISO 9001 is a plus
