Job Description
3. Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of all technical projects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
7. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
9. Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders.
10. Drive continuous improvement within the technology department.
11. Be embedded into the technical delivery team and ensure successful delivery of all live projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Scrum Master /Technical Lead must have:
12. A strong background in solution design and delivery.
13. Be an experienced Scrum Master
14. Experience working within the public sector or similar environments.
15. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
16. Excellent Management and communication Skills.
17. Proficiency in managing technical teams and guiding project execution.
18. A solid understanding of compliance and industry standards.
19. This person would be embedded directly with our technical team and contractors, helping them deliver in a fast-paced, complex environment.
