Job Description: Graduate – HR Coordinator (Full‑time, Office‑based). Location: Beaconsfield, London. Department: Human Resources. Reports to: HR People Partner / HR Director. Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent. Working Pattern: Office‑based (Monday‑Friday).
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR graduate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (or early‑career HR professional) who has completed a degree in HR, Business or a related discipline and is ready to take on greater responsibility in coordinating HR processes across the business.
You will play an active role in supporting and improving the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to employee engagement, learning and offboarding. The HR Coordinator will work closely with managers and employees across departments to ensure HR processes run efficiently, data is maintained accurately, and the company culture continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries, providing advice and guidance where appropriate.
 * Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment law.
 * Coordinate HR communications, ensuring updates and announcements are delivered clearly and promptly.
 * Prepare HR reports and metrics on absence, turnover and training completion.
 * Support talent team throughout the recruitment process – advertising, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
 * Manage candidate communications and ensure a professional, positive candidate experience.
 * Maintain recruitment trackers and support pre‑employment screening, references and right‑to‑work checks.
 * Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for all new starters.
 * Prepare offer letters, contracts and welcome packs.
 * Ensure new hires have required IT access, equipment and resources before their start date.
 * Conduct first‑day onboarding sessions and ensure probation reviews are scheduled and tracked.
 * Collect feedback from new starters to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
 * Support planning and delivery of engagement initiatives, employee surveys and internal events.
 * Assist in coordination of learning and development programmes.
 * Contribute to HR policy updates, internal communications and cultural initiatives.
 * Participate in HR improvement projects focused on process efficiency and employee experience.
 * Manage leaver process – documentation, exit interviews and system updates.
 * Liaise with payroll, IT and facilities to ensure smooth transitions and closure of access rights.
 * Track exit feedback and assist in identifying trends for improvement.

Education & Experience
 * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline (CIPD Level 3 or 5 desirable or in progress).
 * Prior internship or experience in HR administration or coordination is advantageous.
 * Knowledge of UK employment law, onboarding processes and HR best practice.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience). Starting salary.
Annual Leave: 23 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (raising to 25 after 12 months of service).
