What the Graduate Teaching Assistant Will Do
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Assist class teachers with learning activities and classroom management
Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement

Requirements for a Graduate Teaching Assistant
A degree (Psychology or Education highly desirable)
Passion for supporting children with SEN
Strong communication and resilience
Ability to work flexibly and confidently
