We’re looking for a Management Accountant to play a key role in delivering accurate and timely monthly financial reporting while maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet. You’ll provide reliable, high-quality financial information to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key teams, ensure strong financial controls, and contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes. You will: Lead and develop the management accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability. Support the production of timely and accurate management accounts, at profit centre, legal entity and consolidated levels. Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate posting of journals and adjustments. Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure reporting. Be responsible for Balance sheet integrity, ensuring robust reconciliation and balance sheet review processes are adhered to. Ensure compliance with VAT reporting requirements. Support year-end processes, audits, and statutory reporting as required. Monitor and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. We are looking for: Experience and Knowledge Professional accounting qualification, or progress towards qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Good technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail. Advanced excel and strong analytical capabilities. Experience with ERP Systems. Experience with Microsoft D365 (desirable).
