Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be teaming up with very succesful recruiters and assisting them with sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various financial and accountancy industries.
This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management and the ability to learn a very prestigious market.
The Junior Recruitment Consultant will play a vital part in supporting organisational growth by effectively managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to candidate placement.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential candidates and clients.
* Conduct outreach via social media management tools and utilise platforms like Salesforce to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organisational policies and best practices in human resources.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and utilise social media channels for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management or customer facing roles.
* Ability to learn and work hard.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability in relationship management and sales techniques.
* Experience in social media management for talent sourcing or employer branding purposes is advantageous.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
