Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) is excited to offer a new opportunity at our cutting-edge, eco-friendly Keynsham Recycling Hub. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to help keep our vibrant facility clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
As part of our core operations team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across the hub from offices and kitchens to shower facilities and communal areas. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for cleaning and pride in your work
* Ability to manage a physically active role, including stairs and large spaces
* A team player who can also work independently
* Friendly and respectful towards staff and visitors
Key Responsibilities
* Vacuuming and mopping stairways and corridors
* Dusting edges, ledges, and surfaces
* Cleaning toilets, showers, kitchens, and break rooms
* Maintaining general office cleanliness
Role Details
* Hours: 10 hours per week
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM 6:00 PM
* Location: Pixash Lane Recycling Hub, Keynsham
* Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel independently to the site.
