* Assessing and documenting the impact of proposed changes.

* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
* Supporting the creation of business cases and conducting feasibility studies.
* Monitoring project progress and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Designing operational and process designs for proposed solutions.
* Supporting change management activities and embedding solutions within the organization.
