The role of Assistant Store Manager is an essential part of the store function.
The Assistant Store Manager will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process while supporting & coaching their team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experience.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are part of maximising store targets and providing optimal and personalized customer service while complying with the compagny procedures and standards.
You will support the store manager in building an environment that nurtures creativity and employee development.

* Be able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management;
* Be able to communicate efficiently and effectively;
* Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand's iconic pieces;
