To lead and support a team of support workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in supported living settings. The role ensures that service users are empowered to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and enjoy a high quality of life in line with their care plans and regulatory requirements.
You will be leading small supported living services for adults with Mental Health condition, some of whom may present behaviours that challenge. You will play a vital part in shaping day-to-day care delivery and in empowering your team to make every day count.

Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of your service to ensure a safe, effective and person-centred environment
* Lead, mentor and support a team of care staff.
* Deliver hands-on care and lead by example, stepping in as needed during busy or challenging times
* Write, review and implement person-centred care plans
* Promote engagement and social inclusion through meaningful daily activities
* Oversee record-keeping and ensure regulatory and internal compliance
* Represent the service in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for individuals you support
* Take part in service audits and drive continuous quality improvement
Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience in a care setting (Supported Living or Residential setting)
* Minimum 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
* Experience working within a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) model is highly desirable
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Calm under pressure, flexible, and proactive in your approach
