Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Chelmsford
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Associate:
* Advise on commercial property deals (sales, purchases, leases, developments).
* Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Work with clients in retail, hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors.
* Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements.
* Build strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Senior Commercial Property Associate:
* 7+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
* Proven ability to manage complex property transactions independently.
* Commercially aware and able to align legal advice with business objectives.
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
* Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
