* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Commercial leases, licences, and renewals
* Development work and investment transactions
* Property finance and secured lending
You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and SMEs, providing tailored and pragmatic legal advice.To be considered for this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Have a strong technical grounding and a commercial outlook
* Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Possess excellent client care and communication skills
* Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
