The Role
AIRE is looking for a Receptionist to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating all front desk activities during your shift with outstanding customer service by demonstrating a friendly and courteous attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting, welcoming, and escorting guests to different rooms.
* Answering incoming calls and emails.
* Addressing questions and complaints.
* Servicing amenities during waiting times.
* Creating sales opportunities, promoting, and upselling.
Who You Are
* Experience in the hospitality industry.
* Professional English level is required.
* Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Shift Patterns
* Rotating shifts planned at least two weeks in advance.
* Operating hours from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, max 8.5 hours per shift, including breaks.
* Open Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
