We are currently recruiting a Programme Governance Lead for our client based in Belfast, Airport Road. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Key Responsibilities:
Role is within a Programme Management Office running a multi-project programme. Role will include:
-Support the Grade 7 in the day-to-day management of the governance of an Operational Review Programme, including:
– Management of a series of programme governance meetings,
– Drafting Programme documentation
– management of Programme documentation,
– Providing leadership and direction to staff working within the Programme Management Office,
– Coordination of corporate governance.
– Managing and facilitating programme progress meetings and associated governance groups
– Managing, tracking progress of programme against project plans
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. Degree (Proof of certs required)
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience of effective leadership and communication, setting and prioritising goals to meet organisational business objectives
3. At least 2 years’ experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
4. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills.
