Our client, one of the largest names in Property, is looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their busy and growing team based in Edinburgh.
This Office Administrator role is considered a vital hire for our client's office and wider market growth. You will be involved in various areas of the team, along with key administrative responsibilities.
Ideally, you will have previous office or sales administration experience and be an organized and proactive individual.
Responsibilities
* Assist with marketing new property instructions.
* Organize property files through the sale process.
* Interact and follow up with property buyers and sellers.
* Market prospective valuations/properties.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Previous office support or administration experience
* Experience in Property or Real Estate is advantageous
