We are seeking to appoint a person who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good communicator, to encourage, support, guide and give practical help to the process of learning. The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and will have experience of working with children in KS1/KS2. The Learning Support Assistant will work with groups and individuals, preparing and delivering targeted structured interventions under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Learning Support; as well as supporting pupils in the classroom, where appropriate. Hours of Work: 4 mornings per week (17 hours). Between the hours of 8.00am to 12:15pm (35 weeks per year during term time only plus one additional week). Rate of Pay: £8,589.42, inclusive of paid holiday entitlement (based on FTE ££26,208)
