Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for early careers and experienced hires
* Managing and developing internal stakeholder relationships
* Involved in graduate and campus recruitment
* Management of third party agencies
* Responsible for some direct recruitment
Experience:
* 5+ years' experience working in a relevant role
* Experience working in a financial services firm
* Commercial and pragmatic individual who enjoys building relationships
Please note that this role will be 4 days a week in office.
