Job Purpose

  • Support the Project Manager and/or Project Controls leadership in executing project control activities under supervision, in small-scale projects.

  • Work across areas such as Cost Performance, Planning_and_Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Risk Management, and Reporting.

  • Depending on the organization and project, also support Contract Management, Revenue, Cash Flow, Change Management, Quantities Management, Document Control, and Equipment_and_Materials_Control.

  • Job Description

  • Execute activities in accordance with the Business Management System (BMS).

  • Support the preparation of Baseline Schedule and Budget, as well as cost and execution performance reports.

  • Consolidate and present project status, trends, and risks to the Project Manager.

  • Identify and prepare preventive/corrective actions, recovery plans, acceleration plans, and re-baselining.

  • Implement Project Control procedures and tools throughout the project lifecycle, including:

    Scope Management

    Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

    Schedule Forecasting

    Progress Measurement

    Productivity Calculations

  • Monitor quantities, implement and communicate Earned Value.

  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager on contract management, change/variation orders, and trend analysis.

  • Support Risk Assessment processes and management of Delay Claims.

  • Issue reports internally and externally (clients/partners).

  • Support project close-out by preparing feedback reports and Lessons Learned.

  • You are meant for this job if:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma.
  • Experience in Project Controls or related roles (planning, cost control, information management, contract administration).
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Planning Software, and ERP.
  • Cross-functional communication skills and experience in multicultural environments.
  • Understanding of basic business principles in the O&G Industry.
  • Knowledge of Law and contract standards applicable to the offshore O&G sector.
  • Solid experience in Commercial Management.
