Job Purpose
Support the Project Manager and/or Project Controls leadership in executing project control activities under supervision, in small-scale projects.
Work across areas such as Cost Performance, Planning_and_Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Risk Management, and Reporting.
Depending on the organization and project, also support Contract Management, Revenue, Cash Flow, Change Management, Quantities Management, Document Control, and Equipment_and_Materials_Control.
Job Description
Execute activities in accordance with the Business Management System (BMS).
Support the preparation of Baseline Schedule and Budget, as well as cost and execution performance reports.
Consolidate and present project status, trends, and risks to the Project Manager.
Identify and prepare preventive/corrective actions, recovery plans, acceleration plans, and re-baselining.
Implement Project Control procedures and tools throughout the project lifecycle, including:
Scope Management
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Schedule Forecasting
Progress Measurement
Productivity Calculations
Monitor quantities, implement and communicate Earned Value.
Collaborate with the Contract Manager on contract management, change/variation orders, and trend analysis.
Support Risk Assessment processes and management of Delay Claims.
Issue reports internally and externally (clients/partners).
Support project close-out by preparing feedback reports and Lessons Learned.
