I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based on site in Farnham, Surrey, working on a £3m D&B project comprising 21 new build flats and houses.

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor, working on a £3m D&B residential development comprising 21 flats and houses, in Farnham, Surrey. Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Degree qualified
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience
* New build residential project experience
* Good commercial awareness
* Career driven
* Full UK Drivers Licence
