Recruitment Consultant Hays Recruitment – London – Accountancy and Finance - Temp We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our London Cheapside office, specialising in core finance temporary recruitment across the media, retail, leisure and tech industries. Your New Team There are currently 13 people in A&F with a target to build the team up to 16 within the next 3 months. Your New Role In this position, you will: • Develop and grow relationships with senior finance leaders including FDs, FCs, Heads of Finance, Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders. • Manage a temp desk placing core finance professionals such as AP/AR staff, assistant accountants, finance analysts, credit controllers and payroll specialists. • Use your commercial insight to spot trends, create new business opportunities and maximise temp revenue across soft industries. • Deliver exceptional compliance, candidate care and speed of service across all temporary recruitment activity. • Grow a high value desk with proven demand, warm clients and a strong daybook trajectory.
