Our customer, a real estate company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the legal function and influencing business strategy within a fast-growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice across a range of matters affecting the business.
* Lead, manage, and support legal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Oversee compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and frameworks.
* Support strategic decision-making with sound legal analysis and guidance.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align legal operations with business goals.
About You:
* A qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent) with valid credentials.
* Proven experience in legal roles, ideally with exposure to property, corporate, or commercial law.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
