We’re looking for a Claims Executive who doesn’t just process claims but advocates fiercely for clients. Someone who can take complex financial lines and FI claims, PI, D&O, FI, Cyber and navigate policy wordings to unlock the coverage that matters.
Because here, claims isn’t back-office admin. It’s frontline client impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Taking full ownership of complex and contentious claims, from investigation through to settlement.
* Working with precision across PI, FI, D&O, and Cyber portfolios.
* Reading between the lines of policy wordings and knowing how to get the best outcome for your client.
* Building trust and long-term partnerships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and the wider market.
* Spotting patterns, reducing claim frequency, and improving strategy for the future.
* Providing clarity in the moments that matter most to a client’s business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Financial Lines and FI claims (PI, D&O, FI, Cyber).
* Confidence to negotiate with insurers and advocate for clients.
* Someone analytical, commercially sharp, and emotionally intelligent.
* A relationship builder equally at ease with clients, colleagues, and insurers.
* Leadership potential: mentoring colleagues and raising the profile of claims internally.
* Experience with Acturis helpful, but not essential.
