Requirements:
* Proven experience in project, programme, and portfolio management.
* Degree-qualified with relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, PMQ).
* Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Background in defence or military environments.
* Skilled in stakeholder management and supporting cross-functional teams.
* Experience in bid processes (PQQ, ITT, ITN) and business development.
* Member (or pursuing membership) of APM, PMI, or similar.
* Experience with consultancy or government clients.
* Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
* Knowledge of SRA, EVM, and risk management practices (e.g., MoR, ERM).
