We are looking for a friendly, organised and data-driven Client Services Data Analyst to join our busy and customer-focused Client Services team within The Delivery Group. The successful candidate will support our Client Services Team and wider business by producing accurate and timely reporting, as well as monitoring service performance and responding to Client and Internal requests. You will be responsible for daily reporting, responding to ad hoc reporting requests, circulating updates concerning service SLAs, raising potential problems to management based on trends that you are monitoring along with assisting teams with any data analysis and or reporting where required to ensure that we can provide the best customer service. This new and exciting role sits within our Client Services Team, and reports directly to our Client Services Manager Joe Humphris. The position is currently offered as hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home), though this is subject to change based on the needs of the business. All equipment will be provided by The Delivery Group. A suitable home working space and reliable internet connection is a must to enable homeworking. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is numerate, analytical, friendly, and confident in analysing data. You will be required to use various computer programs including Office Systems such as Excel, Outlook, word, sharepoint and bespoke internal systems. A positive and professional attitude is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly via email internally and occasionally with clients. The department can also be extremely busy at times, so the ability to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure is essential. Duties will include but are not limited to: Producing all daily client and carrier reports Responding to Ad Hoc reporting requests Supporting the Client Services team and wider business with ad hoc reporting needs Analysing data to identify, log and report trends, issues and insights Providing clear and accurate feedback based on reporting outputs Ensuring reports are delivered accurately and on time The right candidate will have/be: Proficient in Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook Confident working with data and identifying trends with proven experience Comfortable using online systems and bespoke programmes Professional and clear in written communication Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure Nice to have: Advanced Excel skills Experience within the mail or postal industry Salesforce experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £28,500.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Life insurance Referral programme Work Location: Hybrid in Aylesford
